Hello! Here’s what’s happening on Tuesday.

1. US House Republicans found President Donald Trump’s campaign didn’t collude with Russia. The findings were announced in a draft report by GOP members of the House Intelligence Committee, but Democrats say the investigation wasn’t yet complete.

2. UK Prime Minister Theresa May said Russia poisoned a double agent. The US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson echoed May’s claims, and said the UK attack would “trigger a response.”

3. China cut or restructured more than two dozen ministries. The shakeup follows the government eliminating term limits, allowing President Xi Jinping to rule indefinitely.

4. Trump blocked a $117 billion Broadcom takeover of Qualcomm. Trump said there was "credible evidence" that Singapore-based Broadcom "might take action" that could impair US national security.

5. Singaporean businesses may have violated sanctions against North Korea. A leaked UN draft report alleges two companies supplied banned luxury goods to North Korea.

6. Three package bombs in Austin, Texas, appear to be linked. Package bombs killed a teenager and wounded two women on Monday, and were similar to a bombing that killed a man earlier this month.

7. Saudi Arabia may have used physical abuse to net billions of dollars from officials and businessmen. At least 17 people were reportedly treated at hospital at the beginning of the November corruption crackdown.

8. The US Navy keeps encountering mysterious UFOs. Recent videos show recorded interactions between the Navy and strange flying objects.

9. Yahoo will have to face a lawsuit from victims of a series of data breaches. Yahoo was accused of being too slow to disclose the data breaches, which occurred between 2013 and 2016.
